3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Basic Use: PROFESSIONAL Phase II Cleaner is an ecologically
acceptable graffiti remover designed
to work best when used in conjunction with PROFESSIONAL® Water Sealant
Anti-Graffitiant. PROFESSIONAL Phase II
Cleaner may also be used alone on many non-porous surfaces to remove most types
of graffiti in a single application.
Composition
and Materials:
PROFESSIONAL Phase II
Cleaner is biodegradable and environmentally safe. Does not contain methylene chloride, MEK or caustic. It has a citrus aroma.
Limitations: Product
efficiency is reduced below 40°F.
Always apply to an inconspicuous area prior to use.
Storage: Shelf
life is 2 years. Store in a cool place.
4. INSTALLATION
Application: PROFESSIONAL
Phase II Cleaner can be applied directly to graffiti with a low pressure sprayer,
brush, or roller. Allow PROFESSIONAL
Phase II Cleaner to work for 5 to 10 minutes.
Agitate hard to clean areas (small crevices, holes, and grooves) with a
stiff bristle brush to help remove graffiti.
Spray surface with water using a hose or power washer. Power washer not to exceed 1000 p.s.i . Use of any other cleaner to remove graffiti
from surfaces treated with PROFESSIONAL® Water Sealant Anti-Graffitiant could
damage or remove the Anti-Graffitiant.
Clean Up: Collect residue and dispose of in compliance with
local, state and federal regulations.
In many cities, waste can be disposed of directly to the sewer after the
removal of oils and contaminants. Check
with local authorities to ensure compliance.
5. SAFETY INFORMATION
Avoid excessive exposure
and breathing of vapor. Avoid contact
with skin or clothing. Wash thoroughly
after handling. Keep away from heat and
ignition sources. Wear protective
gloves and goggles during application.
6. FIRST AID
Inhalation: Remove
to fresh air. Contact physician.
Skin: Remove
contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash
exposed area thoroughly with soap and water.
Wash clothing before reuse.
Eyes: Flush eyes
with water for 15 minutes. Contact
Physician.
Ingestion: DO NOT INDUCE
VOMITING. Contact Physician.

Phase II Cleaner is packaged in 1 gallon (3.785 liter), 5 gallon (18.93 liter,
and 55 gallon (208.20 liter) containers.

8. WARRANTY
Limited
Warranty: Professional Products
of Kansas, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects for 2 years from
date of purchase. When applied to
graffiti on surfaces that have been properly treated with PROFESIONAL® Water
Sealant Anti-Graffitiant, and in accordance with Professional Products of
Kansas’ application instructions, the product will remove the graffiti. If the
product fails to perform as stated, Professional Products of Kansas will
provide sufficient product to retreat the specific area where product has
failed. This warranty excludes labor
costs, direct, incidental or consequential damages and IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY
OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCH-ANTABILITY OR
FITNESS.
